Acceptable Use Policy
Use FiloSpace responsibly. These rules focus on conduct that can harm people, content owners, or the service.
Last updated: August 12, 2026
1. Purpose
This policy applies to accounts, uploads, share links, file-processing features, and use of FiloSpace interfaces. It is part of the Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited use
Do not use FiloSpace to:
- break the law or facilitate illegal activity;
- distribute malware, ransomware, phishing material, or stolen credentials;
- gain or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, files, systems, or networks;
- harass, exploit, threaten, or intentionally harm another person;
- store or share content whose possession or distribution is unlawful;
- bypass security controls, storage limits, rate limits, or access restrictions;
- probe or disrupt the service outside an authorized security-testing program; or
- misrepresent your identity in a way intended to deceive or cause harm.
3. Content and intellectual property
Upload and share only content you own or are permitted to use. Do not use FiloSpace to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights. Good-faith disputes should include enough information for us to understand the affected file or link and the basis of the request.
4. Automation and resource use
Do not use automated traffic that degrades the service, evades documented limits, creates accounts deceptively, or consumes resources in a way that interferes with other users. Use processing presets and APIs only as they are made available; never attempt to inject raw commands or arbitrary execution parameters.
5. Enforcement
We may remove access to a file or link, limit an operation, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate a violation, protect users or infrastructure, or comply with law. We consider context and severity and, where practical and lawful, will provide notice and a chance to resolve the issue.
6. Report abuse
Send reports to support@filospace.online. Include the relevant share URL or account information, a concise description, and your contact details. Do not redistribute the harmful content as part of the report.
